I recently had surgery and was so impressed with the Care Plan they gave me. Imagine a whole Care Team, from the admitting clerk to the surgeon, autographing your cast, but with each member personally writing their name and the role they played throughoutyour surgical journey on a handwritten Care Plan. That Care Plan meant the world to me, and I still look at it and remember the way it made me feel seen and heard. I wasn’t just any patient but an individual with specific needs and desires.

I am over the moon happy with the care I received and highly recommend healthcare facilities use a personalized “Care Plan” for their patients or customers.
